Light up the Mountain Celebration on December 6th in Jerome

JEROME, AZ - Once again, it is Christmas in Jerome and that means a night of luminarias, tree lighting, and hayrides. Festivities begin at 6:00PM with the merchants of Jerome setting out lovely luminarias and lighting the streets by the flickering of candles. At 7:00PM, join town residents in the upper park to turn the switch on a beautiful display of holiday cheer.
Throughout the evening, there will be hayrides. On this first Saturday of the month, Jerome Art Walk will also be in full swing, starting at 5:00PM, restaurants will be offering special treats and shops will be bustling with holiday shoppers. Join the town of Jerome for the Annual Light up the Mountain Celebration on December 6th. For more information, contact Coleen at 649-3847.

'Small Work Holiday Show' at Gallery 527 in Jerome

JEROME, AZ - Gallery 527 continues the fascinating show "Babel: by Elaine Jolie. Plus, on December 6th, the Annual 'Small Work Holiday Show' will open with many affordable original art pieces. A special metal Christmas Tree by Rich Bettencourt is decorated with ornaments by jewelry artist Marian Ward and fused glass artist Lorraine Fexas. And, Kevin Geary will be bringing out incredible framed original watercolors for every budget.
Jinni Newnam's saki sets, small plein air paintings by Ninfa, miniature acrylics by Libby MacKinney will all be perfect gifts for yourself or your friends. Small copper woven mirrors by The Heffernans are just in from this talented pair.
Janice Paul, on keyboard, is the featured musician at this monthly fabulous party. First Saturday Jerome Art Walk will also include the town celebration of 'Light up the Mountain' with the lighting of the Christmas Tree in the upper park and luminarias lighting the way throughout the entire mountain town. Festivities begin at 5:00PM.
